Si vous rencontrez des soucis après une mise à jour, essayez ceci: dans le gestionnaire d'applications de vos paramètres (paramètres / applications), taper sur l'application, supprimer données et cache, puis désinstaller. Vous pourrez ensuite réinstaller l'application, ce qui permet souvent de résoudre les problèmes liés à une mise à jour.

Cette application permet l'écoute de méditations guidées de pleine conscience (mindfulness). Elle s'adresse en priorité aux participants à des cours de pleine conscience de 6-10 semaines (type MBSR, MBCT, MBRP, MB-EAT, MECL, etc) qui bénéficient de l'encadrement d'une formatrice ou d'un formateur qualifié-e, mais elle est mise à disposition de tous. 

Quatre enregistrements de base, ainsi qu'un silence, sont disponibles hors connexion, en qualité standard. Pour écouter les autres enregistrements autrement qu'en streaming, il vous faudra d'abord les télécharger sur votre appareil en pressant le petit bouton à droite du nom de l'enregistrement. Si vous souhaitez effacer l'enregistrement après l'écoute pour libérer de l'espace, il vous suffit d'appuyer de nouveau sur le bouton. 

Tous les fichiers disponibles hors connexion, ceux qui font partie de l'application ainsi que ceux que vous aurez choisi de stocker sur l'appareil, apparaissent automatiquement dans la catégorie "téléchargées" au bas de la page d'accueil de l'app. 

Cette application est et restera gratuite et sans pub, ni abonnement, ni curiosité concernant vous-même ou vous données. Je vous souhaite une bonne écoute, et j'espère qu'elle contribuera à enrichir votre pratique méditative.
